Econowind is a leader in Wind-Assisted Ship Propulsion; a key technology that brings sustainability into the Shipping Industry. We design and build our wing sail inhouse in Zeewolde and have customer all over the world. The market is ready to adopt our wingsails, proven by the boost in sales over the last year. The role
Our team is growing, and we are looking for support. Your role is relatively broad, ranging from making sure the customer gets a proper experience to developing the way we look. Coordinate all marketing activities, branding, content, as well as hands-on activities. This is a full-time function.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all marketing related activities. Align sales efforts with marketing goals by developing, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns on international level.
- You will develop and implement effective marketing strategies with the CCO and optimize them within the ERP system.
- Prepare, manage, and maintain the marketing budget.
- Create compelling content (online & offline) to communicate our value proposition sales materials: create sales materials such as presentations, slide decks, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Plan relevant trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Develop case studies, customer success stories, and white papers.
Skills & Experience
- HBO/WO Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business Administration.
- Ideally you have a couple years of experience, but an exceptional starter will also be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM or ERP tools.
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch.
