As we continue to grow, we are seeking an energetic Electrical Technician to join our team.
The Role
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you ensure the timely availability and coordination of components needed for the production of our Ventofoils. You play a key role in keeping the production process running smoothly by making sure the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantity.
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering of Components
Timely procurement of all required components based on the production schedule, bills of materials, and inventory levels. - Inventory Management
Monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels. Ensuring sufficient inventory without creating overstock. - Delivery Coordination
Tracking delivery times and coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of components. - Production Preparation
Preparing and staging components per product at the correct workstations on the shop floor to enable a smooth production process. - Coordination with Internal Departments
Maintaining close communication with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Engineering to align on material needs, changes, and priorities. - Problem Solving
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in material supply or planning that could disrupt production.
Qualifications and skills
- MBO+/HBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
- Experience in a production or assembly environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and a basic understanding of supply chain processes.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
