As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Support Officer to strengthen our team and help us unlock new opportunities in the maritime sector.
The role
Our team is growing, and we are looking for support. You will serve as the organizational and administrative commercial backbone of our Commercial department. In this role, you will play a key part in driving efficiency by streamlining processes, proactively tracking deadlines, and contributing to the consistent delivery of high-quality service. You support and collaborate closely with internal colleagues across teams as well as external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and smooth operational execution. In this way, you play a vital role in the core of the commercial team.
Key Accountabilities
- Organize, streamline, and optimize internal sales processes and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate between internal departments and external partners to support smooth sales operations.
- Coordinate marketing activities, appointments, customer visits and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and friendly support.
- Monitor critical deadlines to ensure timely completion of sales activities in our CRM system.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and manage relevant sales-related data effectively.
Skills & Experience
- We are looking for someone with HBO thinking level
- Ideally you have a couple years of experience, but an exceptional starter will also be considered.
- Pro-active, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
- A proactive professional with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM or ERP tools.
